1. No purchase necessary to enter, but you must be a registered reader of our newsletter. To do so, simply go to the newsletter link and register. 

2. Winners are placed in our "Winner's Circle" along with notification of winning.
Note: If your tax return has already been processed in our office, you will receive a refund for the value of your tax preparation fee. Refund does not include Bank Products, such as cost of rapid refund.

3. Please complete the ballot in full as all information is required to claim your prize.

4. The deadline to submit your entry expires February 28th, however, your will have until March 15, 2009 to schedule an appointment to have your taxes filed.

5. Odds of winning will be determined by a random selection.

6. Prizes not claimed by March 15th, 2009 are null and void.

7. You only need to enter once to be eligible for the entire month of February 2009.
